Prioritization and service determination for competing needs
I created the following model to be used as a tool when planning marketing and communications for various services and decisions. It served to guide prioritization and resource discussions during planning time each year.
With limited resources and to avoid too many messages in the market, this tool aided discussions with leadership and within the department as planning got underway.
